Each year more than 3,00,000 Children and adolescents are diagnosed with one of 16 forms of childhood cancer.
The gold ribbon is the international symbol representing childhood cancer
September is childhood cancer awareness month.
Across the world, hundreds of monuments are lit up gold, as part of the Light It Up Gold campaign to raise awareness to reduce the isolation felt by families affected by childhood cancer.

YANA (You Are Not Alone) – holistic care for children with cancer and their families throughout the cancer journey and after.
Partnerships, Stakeholder Engagement, Building Capacities, quality care research and impact assessment - for Change for Childhood Cancer in India
