I am running my first marathon on January 17th, 2010 in Mumbai - the city where I grew up. This is the fruition of two years of planning and preparation and I would really like to share this joy! A donation of just 10 USD (or Rs. 500) could pay for 5 days of treatment for a child, or for 1/2 of an activity pack that includes crayons, paper, gifts, candy, sweets, snacks, etc! Your support will really mean a lot to Can Kids... because Kids Can and We Can!!

I'm running my third marathon on January 17th, 2010 in Mumbai (and my second in the past 4 months). I'm raising funds for CanKids partly to support a dear friend, Priti Dhall (a full-time volunteer with CanKids) and partly to add a meaningful purpose to an existing personal mental goal. Priti lost her father to cancer and has been 100% dedicated to cancer-related causes for the past ~ 10 years.
