He performs a vital role in Cankids. As the Medical Officer, he is the front face of our most important Core Program-Medical Assistance to Cancer Affected Families.
He attends all Chattai Clinics at IRCH & AIIMS and is the first step of interaction with the family when they need medicines, tests or any other medical assistance.
He is unfailingly pleasant, solicitous and caring towards families, knows all of them personally and clearly shows his affection for the children.
He also maintains all the patient medical assistance records, assists in procurement of drugs or tests for the children, interacts with all medical suppliers, maintains inventory of bulk drugs and scrutinizes all medical related bills every month.
Rajjan has been handling this charge single-handedly and ably for the past 3 years. We are proud to honour him, as the first ever recipient of the Cankids Person of the Year Award and to have him as a vital member of TEAM CANKIDS.
