CanKidsNavya

Navya Expert Opinion Service empowers cancer patients from all over the world to get the best possible treatment opinion without leaving their homes. This online expert service, allows patients, the social support team or their doctors to upload patient medical reports and get a response from world renowned experts within 1- 3 days. This is possible using the Navya Evidence and Experience Engines, machine learning based systems validated in collaboration with Tata Memorial Centre and presented at global conferences.

Objectives of the Partnership

To provide treatment recommendations taking into consideration patient preferences including distance from treatment center and financial condition .

How Does it Work?

Patients fill out the forms and upload their reports to https://cankids.navya.care/ , with the help of the CanKids social support team (SST) member if needed.
  • A Navya patient advocate will then reach out to communicate with the family, with the help of the SST member to understand the case, their preferences, and their questions.
  • The information will then be fed into Navya’s Evidence and Experience Engine and shared with one of Navya’s relevant experts.
  • The expert then provides their recommendation and a treatment plan and answers to the families’ questions are prepared in a simple and easy to understand report.
  • Families they may upload their own reports and complete the process independently, after being referred to Navya by a SST member.
  • Finally, after the completion uploading the case, the opinion will be emailed back to your address.
