KidsCan Konnect


Childhood Cancer survivors are encouraged to join KidsCan Konnect​ (The Childhood Cancer Teenage and Young Adult Survivo​r Group of Cankids) at the age of 13 and above.

The Objectives of KCK are:
  • To offer peer support to each other and learn to look after their health
  • To unify as a team to cope with late side effects of  cancer treatment
  • To empower the survivors and help them reintegrate back into the society
  • To act as the childhood cancer ambassador for motivating the children and their families
  • To create and spread awareness regarding the childhood cancer
  • To raise & advocate the rights of family and Children with Cancer
 
They offer peer support to each other and learn to look after their health and cope with late side effects of their cancer treatment. They participate in awareness programs and motivate younger childhood cancer patients. Increasingly they are participate in late side effect research studies and projects.

​CanKids KidsCan - The National Society For Change For Childhood Cancer in India works across the entire spectrum of Childhood Cancer Care.

Through our signature program YANA - You Are Not Alone - we hold the hands of the child with cancer and family, and we partner with hospitals, medical professionals, and state governments to enable access and best standards of treatment, care and support.
