About PHOSSCON 2022
India’s 6th PHOSSCON - Pediatric Hematology Oncology Support Services Conference is being organized by CanKids from 19th – 20th November 2022.
PHOCON is an annual conference organized by the Executive Body of Pediatric Hematology Oncology chapter (PHO) of The Indian Academy of Pediatrics (IAP) which brings together over 500 professionals, including Paediatric Oncologists, Medical Oncologists, Paediatricians, Paediatric Surgeons, Radiation Oncologists, Pathologists, Scientists, students and fellows from across the country in the field of Paediatric Haematology-Oncology.
PHOSSCON is an opportunity for all those engaged in making a change for childhood cancer - you, your organization, a childhood cancer champion, or a pediatric oncology expert - to learn from the experts and each other, to share and showcase your work or some aspect of it, to network with likeminded organizations, the doctors, parents and survivors, to join the community of pediatric oncology support services, and to formally advocate for change in our chosen cause: childhood cancer.
This year, a PHOSSCON Organising Committee (POC) constituting 7 NGOs has been made including :
Other than National & International Faculty and Speakers, this year’s PHOSSCON will be attended by various decision makers/management/leaders in Social Support Organizations, Social Workers, Survivors, Parents committed to social support, outreach, and treatment supportive care.
