CanKids is committed to providing an environment free from sexual harassment of women at workplace. CanKids has zero tolerance policy towards sexual harassment of women at workplace.
To provide protection to the women from sexual harassment at workplace, CanKids has designed the Employee Handbook on Anti Sexual Harassment, as per the provisions of the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Research) Act 2013 and Hon'ble Supreme Court of India Guidelines in Vishakha & Others versus state of Rajasthan case.
